Modern Phoenix has written a series of articles about the current state of many of the Valley's historic bank buildings, including Hoskin Ryan's renovation of the 201 West Indian School Branch. Click here to read that article.
The mid-century modern building was acquired in 2005 by Paul Hoskin and Tom Ryan. “Jack Black, architect for the building remodel, was selected because of his extensive experience in contemporary and modern architecture. Aside from preservation of the classic modern lines of the building, our intent was to create an efficient layout for our core business,” says Paul Hoskin. Tremendous care and consideration was at the forefront of not only the physical structure but in recreating the beautiful greenbelt that surrounds the building.
