This urban mixed-use project consists of underground parking, commercial retail on the street level, and 21 luxury lofts on the second and third floors. The 4020 Scottsdale Old Town Lofts, which is located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale on Scottsdale Road, has set the precedent for this type of project. Hoskin Ryan has been closely involved with the client in preparing a condominium plat, survey, utilities identification and remediation. Heavy coordination with the governmental agencies of the City of Scottsdale and the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality has been essential in assisting the client to reach their vision.
