Cahava Springs - Cave Creek, AZ

Hoskin Ryan prepared all of the engineering studies for the preparation of the planning and lot layout of this community located within the Town of Cave Creek, AZ. The property is a classic piece of lush and rugged high Sonoran desert with several significant washes, unique riparian habitat, steep slopes and a gently rolling plateau. These resources have been carefully studied and have formed the basis for the master plan of development. Master plans prepared for the site included the streets, drainage and water supply systems for 220 custom home sites and 10 estate lots all nestled in the rolling foothills.
