Covance Development Center - Chandler, AZ
Client: Reynolds, Smith and Hills, Inc.
Hoskin Ryan performed survey, landscape design, preliminary and final design services for this bioanalytical research lab and offices located on a 50-acre site in Chandler, Arizona. The project management team worked closely with the architect to establish effective open space/closed spaced relationships and coordinated with the City of Chandler to meet the city’s requirements for parking, site drainage, retention and zoning.
