Hoskin Ryan developed a site plan that accommodates the challenging
topographic constraints of this 32-acre, single-family residential community near State Highway 89A and Bristlecone Pines Road in Sedona, AZ. The project management team assisted the client with boundary verification, topographic surveys, preliminary planning and design services. In addition, Hoskin Ryan also provided final paving, water, sewer, grading and drainage design. Graphic design services were also provided to assist the developer in communicating the project vision during a public involvement campaign.
