Hoskin Ryan performed field survey and preliminary engineering services for this church campus located along a scenic corridor of Cave Creek Road in Maricopa County, AZ. The project management team provided the water and sewer layout, grading, drainage and storm drain design. Hoskin Ryan also worked closely with the project architect to develop a plan that mitigated the impact of 404 washes and conformed to the topographic constraints of this 14-acre undeveloped site.
