Hoskin Ryan provided survey, preliminary and final design services for this 5.1-acre, mixed-use commercial development, located east of the intersection of Mohawk and Cave Creek Roads in Phoenix, AZ. The project management team worked closely with the architect in the engineering planning stages of this project site in order to ensure that the project was ready to be immediately constructed. Mohawk Commerce Park will include office and warehouse space in an area of Phoenix County that is rapidly growing.
