Located just east of the intersection of Portland and 7th Street, Portland 38 is an urban housing development in Phoenix’s Garfield Historic District. Created by JAG Development, this 1.6-acre site features 38 loft-style townhouse condominiums. The Hoskin Ryan project management team assisted the client with all aspects of the on-site and off-site design. Hoskin Ryan’s Professional Survey Department performed the boundary, topographic, and survey components. Hoskin Ryan’s Land Development team was responsible for all preliminary and final design services, including site research, utility plans, grading and drainage, preliminary and final plat preparation. In addition, Hoskin Ryan performed construction staking, as-built preparation and construction inspection services. This single-family residential project is the first new development in this historic neighborhood since the end of World War II.
