This Maricopa County Housing project consists of a 120-unit attached housing complex, located on a 30-acre site within the City of Avondale, AZ. Hoskin Ryan worked with the project architect prior to the final construction document phase to develop a site plan layout that conforms to the site's topographic and utility constraints. On-site improvements included the preparation of grading and paving plans, sewer, fire line and water line plans. Other improvements included the plans for 650 linear feet of off-site sewer line.
