Sprawls Island - Cibola, AZ, La Paz County

This 230-acre Master Planned Community sits northwest of Cibola, AZ, on the west bank of the Colorado River approximately 17 miles south of Interstate 10. Hoskin Ryan provided survey, paving, water, sewer, grading, drainage and final plat design services for this 228-lot master planned community. The site will contain a large central lake and will feature an on-site boat storage facility for use by residents. Other amenities include parks, a clubhouse and a putting golf course. The project management team worked in conjunction with other consultants to plan on-site water and waste water treatment facilities. Graphic design services also were provided during the planning stages of this project to engage the community and encourage public involvement.
