Verde Crossings - Camp Verde, AZ, Yavapai County

Hoskin Ryan provided survey and final engineering
design services for this 10-acre development in the Town of Camp Verde, AZ. Located north of Finnie Flat Road and east of the future Wid Fuller Drive, this commercial development includes four buildings and two large pads for future development. The project management team worked closely with the architect to develop a site plan that conforms to the site’s topographic and utility constraints. A grading and drainage plan was created to route storm water flows through the site in order to protect the proposed buildings.
