Hoskin Ryan provided extensive planning and support services for this 80-acre hillside property including rezoning and site planning, general plan amendment and water allotment analysis. This beautiful site is located in the historic City of Williams, AZ. Williams Hill Village is proposed as the first phase of the project, which consists of multiple phases of residential development. The development is flanked by a large portion of pine covered slopes to be preserved as open space. This division separates 25 future single-family detached estate lots at the top of the hill from 130 multi-family and 84 single family-attached units towards the bottom. The multi-family portion consists of 130 units. The Hoskin Ryan planning team was successful in acquiring rezoning for the multi-family parcel.
