Hydrology Department
Paul W.R. Hoskin is Hoskin Ryan's principal and the director of the firm's Hydrology Department. He has completed a wide range of engineering projects with both private development and public agency clients and has extensive experience in hydrologic studies and the design of drainage and flood control facilities. He has worked directly with FEMA on three separate flood insurance projects and has been involved in floodplain delineation studies, Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) requests, and Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) requests for several public and private projects. He is well versed with currently available hydraulic software including HEC-1, HEC-2, HEC-RAS, HEC-6, TR-20, StormCAD, FlowMaster and HydroCalc.
