Thomas Ryan has over 18 years of experience within the Phoenix metro area. He has a B.S. in Mining Reclamation from the University of Wisconsin, Platteville. His experience is comprehensive and extensive in the field of land development. Tom’s experience ranges from numerous large master planned communities to individual subdivision design and his special expertise in hillside development is seen in some of Arizona’s most pristine desert communities.
